problems inherent to the delivery of substance misuse treatment services across
Wales, given that the latest statistics from the Welsh National Database for
Substance Misuse show that only 13 per cent of individuals were deemed
substance free by the end of treatment from all referrals to drug and alcohol
agencies in Wales. 'Welsh National Database

at end of motion: Calls on the
Welsh Government to reflect on the latest data on NHS Wales Substance Misuse
and bring forward proposals that will ensure substance misusers access timely
