1.1 The Chair welcomed Members and members of the public to the meeting.

1.2 Apologies for absence were received from Gwenda Thomas AM. John Griffiths substituted for her in accordance with Standing Order 17.48.

2.1.The Committee received evidence from:

2.2. The Minister for Public Services agreed to provide the Committee with the following information;

·         Clarification on the resilience in funding for the Fire and Rescue Services.

·         The work of the Fire and Rescue Services in respect of flood prevention and management.

3.1.The Committee agreed the motion.
