Introductions, apologies and substitutions Minutes: The Chair welcomed Committee Members. Apologies were received from Angela Burns and Rebecca Evans. The Chair noted that Paul Davies would be subbing for her until further notice. John Griffiths substituted for Rebecca Evans. The Chair noted that as Bethan Jenkins was the Member in Charge for the Financial Education and Inclusion (Wales) Bill, she would not attend any Committee sessions relating to the Bill. There would be no substitute for Stage 1. |
