Motion to approve a supplementary budget NDM4748 Jane Hutt (Vale of Glamorgan) To propose that the Assembly, in accordance with Standing Order 20.30,
approves the Supplementary Budget for the financial year 2011-12 laid in the
Table Office and emailed to Assembly Members on Tuesday, 21 June 2011. Footnote: In accordance with the relevant provisions contained in the Government of
Wales Act 2006 and Standing Order 20, the Supplementary Budget comprises the
following information: (i) the written statement required under section 125(3) of the Government
of Wales Act; (ii) the resources agreed by the Treasury for the Welsh block budget for
the financial year covered by the motion; (iii) a reconciliation between the resources allocated to the Welsh block
budget by the Treasury and the resources to be authorised for use in the
motion; (iv) a reconciliation between the estimated amounts to be paid into the
Welsh Consolidated Fund by the Secretary of State and the amounts to be
authorised for payment out of the Fund in the motion; and (v) a reconciliation between the resources to be authorised under section
125(1)(a) and (b) of the Act and the amounts to be authorised for payment out

Supplementary Legislative Consent Motion: Localism Bill NNDM4785 Huw
Lewis (Merthyr Tydfil and Rhymney) That the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order
29.6, agrees that, in addition to the provisions referred to in motions
NNDM4642 and NNDM4722, those further provisions which have been brought forward
in the Localism Bill relating to Tenancy Deposit Schemes and HMO licensing, in
so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the National Assembly

Debate on domestic abuse NDM4784 Jane Hutt (Vale of Glamorgan) To propose that the National Assembly for Wales: 1. Considers the progress made in the first year against the priorities of
the Right to be Safe Strategy; and 2. Notes the Welsh Government's commitment to improve the safety of and
support for individuals and their families who experience domestic abuse. The following amendments have been tabled: Amendment 1 - Nick Ramsay (Monmouth) Add as new point at end of motion: Further notes: a) The role and expertise of the Third Sector organisations
in tackling violence against women and domestic abuse and providing support for
victims and children; b) The need to fully engage with Third Sector Organisations
in measuring progress achieved against the priorities of the Right to be Safe
Strategy. Amendment 2 - Jocelyn Davies (South East Wales) Add as a new point at end of motion Calls on the Welsh Government to take action to ensure continued access to
justice for victims of domestic violence. Supporting Document Decision: Amendment 1 - Nick Ramsay (Monmouth) Add as new point
