that provisions in the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Bill, relating
to prohibiting a NHS employer from discriminating against an applicant who has
previously whistle-blown and which provide remedies, including the award of
compensation, in so far as they fall within the legislative competence of the
National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament. A copy of the
