European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Bill

Background

The European Union (Withdrawal Agreement) Bill was introduced to Parliament by UK Government on 19 December 2019. The External Affairs and Additional Legislation Committee has responsibility for considering a Legislative Consent Motion on the Bill.

The Welsh Government laid the Legislative Consent Memorandum for the Withdrawal Agreement Bill on 23 October 2019.
