To propose that the National Assembly for Wales:

Notes the Report of the Communities, Equality and Local Government Committee on its Inquiry into Home Adaptations, which was laid in the Table Office on 17 July 2013.

The motion was agreed in accordance with Standing Order 12.36.

2.1 The Committee heard evidence from the Minister for Housing and Regeneration. The Minister agreed to provide a note on the following:

 

-       Welsh Government guidance on DFG’s;

-       Guidance on whether means testing is being applied differently accross Local Authorities;

-       The data used in the calculation of the Housing element of General Capital Funding.
