EVENT: Brolio / The Pitch

Description: The aim of Brolio/ThePitch is to give marketing students in Wales a real-life marketing pitch experience. Up to 12 teams (each consisting of three students) are provided with a brief by e-mail three weeks before the event. Teams from FE and HE colleges and CIM Accredited Study Centres throughout Wales are eligible to enter. Membership of CIM is not a pre-requisite for entry. During the day all 12 teams are given just three minutes and a maximum of eight PowerPoint slides to pitch their response to the brief at the Pierhead building. All the teams are then invited to the Senedd for the evening where the judges announce their shortlist of three teams who are invited to present once more in front of an invited audience.
Open to the public: The afternoon session is not open to the public. The evening session in the Senedd is open to the public but they must pre-register.
