Introduction, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest


1.1        The Clerk opened the meeting and called for nominations to elect a temporary chair for the duration of the meeting.

1.2        Dai Lloyd AM was nominated by Lee Waters AM and elected as temporary chair.

1.3        The temporary Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.

1.4        Apologies were received from Mick Antoniw AM and Dawn Bowden AM.
