Committee considered the petition for the first time and agreed to write to the
Cabinet Secretary for Economy and Infrastructure to share the views of the
petitioners, including the suggestion that journeys should be required to start
or end in the area the vehicle and driver are licensed in, and request an update
on the views in relation to cross-border and sub-contracting licensing received
through the recent consultation. |
