This Week's Business Minutes: The Minister circulated a revised three-week
timetable, including a Stage 4 debate on the Local Government (Wales) Bill on
Tuesday 20 October. Business Committee determined the organisation of business
and agreed to schedule the following items of business: On Tuesday, Voting Time would be after
the final item of business. On Wednesday, Business Committee agreed that Voting
Time would take place before the Short Debate. |

Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum: Enterprise Bill Minutes: Business Committee
considered a paper from the government regarding a Supplementary Legislative
Consent Memorandum (SLCM) in relation to the Enterprise Bill. Business Managers agreed to
refer the SLCM to the Enterprise and Business Committee for scrutiny. The
Business Committee also agreed that the Committee should report on the LCM by
Thursday 26 November 2015 to allow the SLCM to be debated in Plenary on Tuesday
1 December 2015. |

Review of Oral Assembly Questions Minutes: At the meeting of 29
September, Business Managers requested an additional paper with further options
on the possible introduction of Topical Questions in Assembly proceedings. Business Managers
considered the paper and were invited to consult with their Party Groups on the
various options outlined in Annex A of the paper and return to the matter on 3
November 2015. |
