1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting of the Culture, Communications, Welsh Language, Sport, and International Relations Committee. The Chair extended a special welcome to Sioned Williams MS and Buffy Williams MS as the Committee begins its joint inquiry with the Children, Young People, and Education Committee into Welsh in Education Strategic Plans (WESPs).
