1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting.

1.2 There were no apologies.

1.3 Samuel Kurtz MS declared he was a director of the Wales Federation of Young Farmers Clubs. Llyr Gruffydd declared he was an honorary member of the British Veterinary Association. Sarah Murphy declared she was a member of the Woodland Trust. Huw Irranca-Davies declared he was an honorary member of the British Veterinary Association and one of the Vice-Presidents of Ramblers Cymru.

3.1 The Committee heard evidence from the Minister for Rural Affairs and North Wales, and Trefnydd. The Minister would provide a note to the Committee on the use of glue traps in public settings in Wales including information on schools, hospitals and other healthcare settings, local authorities and NHS contractors. The Minister would also provide a note on the membership of the working group on common land.
