Minutes: 1.1 The Chair welcomed Members to the meeting. 1.2 There were no apologies. 1.3 Samuel Kurtz MS declared he was a director of the Wales Federation of Young Farmers Clubs. Llyr Gruffydd declared he was an honorary member of the British Veterinary Association. Sarah Murphy declared she was a member of the Woodland Trust. Huw Irranca-Davies declared he was an honorary member of the British Veterinary Association and one of the Vice-Presidents of Ramblers Cymru.

Lesley Griffiths MS, Minister for Rural Affairs and North Wales, and Trefnydd James Owen, Deputy Director, Land Management Reform Division Hannah Fernandez, Lead Policy Official, Land Management Reform Unit Dorian Brunt, Senior Lawyer, Legal Services Department – Rural Affairs William (Bill) Cordingley, Government Lawyer, Legal Services Department – Wildlife Minutes: 3.1 The Committee heard evidence from the Minister for Rural Affairs and North Wales, and Trefnydd. The Minister would provide a note to the Committee on the use of glue traps in public settings in Wales including information on schools, hospitals and other healthcare settings, local authorities and NHS contractors. The Minister would also provide a note on the membership of the working group on common land.
