Agriculture (Wales) Bill - Agree Approach to Scrutiny

Minutes:

4.1 The Committee considered the approach to the Bill.

4.2 Members agreed the following:

- the draft terms of reference for consultation;

- the Committee’s approach to Stage 1 scrutiny;

- subject to a few additions, the list of the stakeholders for written evidence;

- the witnesses to invite for oral evidence; and

- to a 6 week consultation period.

4.3 The Chair would write to the Chair of Business Committee concerning the proposed scrutiny timetable.
