1.1         Subject to amendments discussed the Committee agreed the scope and approach to the inquiry.

3.1The Committee heard evidence from representatives from ADSS.

3.2 They agreed to provide further information on the development of the Windmill farm children’s home in Llanvaches.

3.3 The Committee agreed to send any unasked questions for a written response.

4.1 The motion was agreed.

5.1 The Committee considered the evidence it had heard in the previous evidence session.

6.1 The Committee heard evidence from the Deputy Minister.

6.2 The Deputy Minister agreed provide the Committee with feedback from young people who had received the basic income support.

9.1 The Committee discussed the invitation, a letter would be sent jointly to the Minister for Education and Welsh Language and the Deputy Minister with the Committee’s decision.
