The Committee noted the correspondence from the Chief Executive and Clerk of the Senedd to the Chair of the Public Accounts and Public Administration Committee regarding appropriate terminology to describe people from minority ethnic backgrounds.

The Committee noted the correspondence from the Minister for Education and Welsh Language to the Chair of the Children, Young People and Education Committee  regarding the Tertiary Education and Research (Wales) Bill.

The Committee noted the correspondence from the Minister for Finance and Local Government regarding the Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum (Memorandum No. 2) on the Subsidy Control Bill.

The Committee noted the correspondence from the Convener of the Scottish Parliament’s Constitution, Europe, External Affairs and Culture Committee regarding its inquiry into the UK internal market.

The Committee agreed the motion.

Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum (Memorandum No.4) on the Building Safety Bill

The Committee considered the Welsh Government’s Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum (Memorandum No.4) on the Building Safety Bill, and agreed to consider its report at a future meeting.

The Committee considered the agreement between the UK and Serbia on the Readmission of Persons Residing without Authorisation, and agreed to consider its draft report on the agreement at its meeting on 21 March 2022.

The Committee discussed the common frameworks programme and agreed to consider further action at a future meeting.
