The first 8 questions were asked. The Presiding Officer invited party leaders to ask questions to the First Minister after question 2.

Andrew RT Davies raised a point of order in relation to the Leader of Plaid Cymru’s questions to the First Minister. He argued that the questions asked concerned an area of policy covered by the Co-operation Agreement, in contravention of guidance issued by the Llywydd on this matter. The Llywydd concurred and re-stated her expectation that questions will not be used for promoting aspects of the Agreement in future.
