Consideration of Legislative Consent Memorandum Non-Domestic Rating (Lists) (No. 2) Bill Minutes: 5.1 The Committee considered the LCM. It was satisfied that the Bill made provision for a purpose within the legislative competence of the Senedd and that an LCM was necessary under Standing Order 29, and saw no reason to object to the Senedd agreeing to a Legislative Consent Motion. The Committee’s report on the LCM would be laid by the 5 November reporting deadline. |
