At 10.00am, the Committee observed a minute of silence in remembrance of the two individuals who lost their lives in the tragic rail incident in Margam last week.

2.1 The Permanent Secretary and the Minister for International Relations and the Welsh Language answered questions from members of the Committee.

2.2 The Minister for International Relations and the Welsh Language agreed to provide details of which festivals received funding this year.

2.3 The Minister for International Relations and the Welsh Language also agreed to provide further details on the e-sgol digital programme.

2.4 The Minister for International Relations and the Welsh Language agreed to provide information regarding the Camau scheme and the roll out of nursery schemes.

2.5 The Permanent Secretary and the Minister for International Relations and the Welsh Language agreed to keep us informed with the development of the new Welsh Language strategy.

2.6 The Permanent Secretary and the Minister for International Relations and the Welsh Language agreed to provide details of the complaints received regarding Welsh Language Standards.
