3.2 Rhodri Talfan Davies offered Committee Members a visit to the BBC Cymru Wales headquarters in Central Square, Cardiff, and agreed to provide information relating to whether the administrative cost of acquiring a license to access the BBC Local Democracy Reporting Service was preventing smaller news organisations, such as hyperlocals, from accessing the service.
