5.1 The Committee took oral evidence from Ken Skates AM, Cabinet Secretary for Economy and Transport.

5.2 The Cabinet Secretary for Economy and Transport agreed to provide information to the Committee regarding the funding application Caerphilly have submitted to the UK Government which will enable it to become the first community in Britain where all public transport will be powered by electricity.

5.3 The Cabinet Secretary for Economy and Transport agreed to provide a note to the Committee regarding the handover process which took place between Arriva Trains Wales and Transport for Wales, in addition to any due diligence reports.
