Due to a technical failure, Dawn Bowden MS temporarily chaired in accordance
with Standing Order 17.22 while the Chair, Lynne Neagle MS, re-joined. 1.2
Dawn Bowden MS welcomed Members to the virtual meeting of the Children, Young
People and Education Committee. 1.3
Dawn Bowden MS stated that, in accordance with Standing Order 34.19, the Chair
had determined that the public were excluded from the Committee’s meeting in
order to protect public health but that the meeting would be broadcast live on www.senedd.tv 1.4
Apologies were noted from Suzy Davies MS for the second evidence session. |

Wales, Wales Association of Standing Advisory Councils on Religious Education
(WASACRE) and National Panel for Religious Education (NAPfRE) 2.2The
Catholic Education Service agreed to share with the Committee a paper they had
produced providing details of their concerns about the impact of potentially
providing two syllabi under the Bill’s RVE provisions. |
