Government Response to SL(5)090 - The Education (Postgraduate Master’s Degree Loans) (Wales) Regulations 2017 Minutes: The
Committee considered a Government response to SL(5)90 – The Education
(Postgraduate Master’s Degree Loans) (Wales) Regulations 2017, that was made
available after the publication of meeting papers. The Committee noted the response
and was content with the comments, relating to human rights issues in respect
of the age limit. However, the Committee did not feel that the response fully
addressed the Committee’s concerns regarding eligible prisoners. The
Committee agreed to lay a supplementary report before the Assembly and to write
to the Government about eligible prisoners. |
