Point of Order The Leader of the House raised a Point of Order,
asking for a ruling on whether Adam Price’s supplementary to Question 4 had
been inappropriate under Standing Order 13.9. The Llywydd said that she had
listened to the question very carefully and that the Member had not made any
accusation that was out of order. It was clearly a question put to the First
Minister, and the First Minister clearly answered the question, and there was
nothing more for the Llywydd to say on the matter. |

(Withdrawal) Bill. 2. Believes: a) it is wholly unacceptable in its current form;

First Supplementary Budget for the financial year 2017-18 laid

Act 2006 and Standing Order 20, the Supplementary Budget comprises the
following information: (i)
the written statement required under section 125(3) of the Government of Wales

the resources agreed by the Treasury for the Welsh block budget for the
