·         write to the Minister asking if the lead petitioner for P-04-437 can be involved in the work of developing the non-statutory guidance on home education, which is to be produced by May 2015.

·         Minister expressing serious concern at the lack of response from Cardiff and Vale University Health Board; and

·         Community Health Care Council expressing the Committee’s concerns with the Health Board and asking whether they have undertaken any investigations in relation to the issues raised in the petition.
