the National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6 agrees
that provisions in the Serious Crime Bill relating to child sexual exploitation
and the offence of loitering or soliciting for the purposes of prostitution,
and the imposition of a notification duty on various professionals in
respect of identified cases of female genital mutilation and an associated
statutory guidance power, in so far as they fall within the legislative
competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK
