Legislative Consent Motion on the Deregulation Bill - amendment in relation to Housing (Tenancy Deposits) (Prescribed Information) Order 2007 (Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum - Memorandum No. 6) NDM5689 Lesley Griffiths
(Wrexham) To propose that the
National Assembly for Wales, in accordance with Standing Order 29.6 agrees that
provisions in the Deregulation Bill relating to Housing (Tenancy Deposits)
(Prescribed Information) Order 2007 in so far as they fall within the
legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered
by the UK Parliament. A Legislative Consent
Memorandum (Memorandum no. 6) has been laid in Table Office on 30 January 2015
in accordance with Standing Order 29.2(iii). A copy of the
