29.6 agrees that provisions in the Deregulation Bill, relating to Farriers and
Home-school agreements in so far as they fall within the legislative competence
of the National Assembly for Wales, should be considered by the UK Parliament. A
Supplementary Legislative Consent Memorandum (Memorandum no. 3) has been laid
in Table Office on 10 June 2014 in accordance with Standing Order 29.2(iii). A copy
