extent to which delays and cancellations of escorts from HMP Parc to external
healthcare appointments are monitored against national waiting time standards
for diagnostics and treatment by health services;

delays
in transferring patients to hospital under the Mental Health Act, and if HMP
Parc is complying with current transfer guidelines;
Ø
any
assurances that the Health Board is able to give to demonstrate that it is
working with the prison service to ensure the safety of healthcare staff
working in HMP Parc.
