To propose that the National Assembly for Wales:

1. Notes that policing is a devolved matter in Scotland and in Northern Ireland.

2. Calls for the devolution of policing to Wales.

3. Believes that specialist policing matters such as counter-terrorism are best co-ordinated at a UK level.
