Local Government Byelaws (Wales) Bill, a Government Bill, introduced by Carl Sargeant, Minister for Local Government and Communities. The Business Committee remitted the Bill to the Communities, Equality and Local Government Committee.
About the Bill
The Bill aimed to simplify procedures for making and enforcing local authority byelaws. The Bill introduces an alternative procedure for local authorities to follow in making a number of byelaws.
