I believe that it is important to correct children and to teach them right from wrong and the present law safeguards that children from been abused or hurt so any more laws will only make the authorities to have more work to do.

It would be good to consider if it is necessary to pass this law as we do need discipline and correction for all young people, it worked in the military and I am one to witness this
