Functioning labels.  They’re routinely used to deny people services if they’re considered “high functioning”.

People who lack training and experience acting as “gatekeepers”, and allowing their fixed ideas about autism to inform their approach to assessing people.

In principle collecting information seems like a good idea, but I would have concerns about the collection of such sensitive data.  You need to be very clear what will be collected and why, what purpose it will be used for, how long it will be kept etc.

Why?  What organisations?  Seriously, why does WG even need to collect information on individuals?  Be more clear about this.

What does the justice system have to do with anything?  Why would this even have an impact on it?  This is the first mention of the justice system, you haven’t explained the relevance of this comment.
